MAX is the main character of my book Maximum Ride. Max is 14 years old and has a insane life. Max is the leader of the flock. There are 6 of these what they call them selfs "mutant freaks" in this flock, and she is in charge of all of them. Max is nice, curious about life, demanding,and strong.
The book all starts when Angel the youngest of the flock gets kidnapped by the Erasers! Max,Fang,and Nudge all set out to go find her well Iggy and the Gasman stayed at home and protected there house....till the erasers came and attacked, so they went to the others to search for Angel. Max well searching for Angel got to see what it felt to be a normal human by meeting Ella and her Mom. This happened by her trying to protect Ella from a nasty gang. Sadly during this Max got shot by a one of the gang members and had to let it heal before flying again. While healing she got taken care of by Ella's family. Finaly the flock was all together again and went and discovered/saved Angel.....but they also discovered someone else, they discovered Jeb! Jeb was the one who took care of them when they were younger he was there fake dad...till they thought he died. This was hudge to them it changed there life. All of a suddon they hated him for leaving them and escaped the school where angel was captured. The flock after escaping the school flew to new york city where they found out is the place that held there files...including who there parents were. Well there of course the Erasers had to come and ruin it all. Other then having to fight for there lifes Max and the gang discovered mant new powers and found out who their parents were.
I loved this book it really inspired me. This book is a perfect book for you if you like science fiction. Prepare for these pages to fly.
